I arrived an hour before closing time and the door was locked but the sign said open. I stood out in front to do a phone search for another locksmith but then this lady huffily opened the door and let me in. After a prolonged awkward silence and no eye contact she asked me how she could help me and went on to say if I needed auto keys made that employee was out. I showed her the house keys I needed cut and sensed that she was inconvenienced by my presence so I said never mind and took my business elsewhere. I’d drive twice as far for a friendlier interaction and needless to say I won’t be going back.
