Slow service, rude, and overpriced! 13$ for two keys really? What should have taken 5 mins took 25mins! When I paid for my keys, proper change was not given back. I wouldn't recommend this place at all! There are plenty of other lock and key places that will take your business! Avoid this place like the plague! Just awful!

Came here to get my clicker programmed for my apartment because the HOA changed the code. Apparently that is worth $8 of labor which is pretty steep to switch a code. When I asked about the price the guy working the counter said “You don’t think I deserved to get paid?”. Um that’s not what I meant but ok. So I get back to my apartment complex and the code doesn’t work. I call back and talked to a different guy and turns out the first guy programmed it backwards. So if you are going to be rude at least be competent.
