DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst experience I’ve ever had with a business. They charged me a grand for changing a lock in the middle of the night when I got locked inside my apt. The lock only cost $200 when I went and got a second opinion. Then the lock broke shortly after installment. The business had poor to little communication and I’m not not one for writing bad reviews but I do not want anyone else to get taken advantage of. If you did have a bad experience you may also report the business to the Better Business Bureau and disputed the charges with your bank for services not provided. The company is fraudulent and takes advantage of its customers. Do not use their services!

I called to quote a price to have a key made for my vehicle and was quoted 120 the. When the locksmith got there at 10:30 pm it was 389 dollars having no other option I agreed to pay it and the key wasn’t programmed to my ignition because I bought from a junkyard with after market ignition I called customer service no call back for days then technician calls me back comes to fix the key and tries to charge me 400 for a new key this place is disgusting liars DO NOT CALL THEM IT WILL BE ONE OF YOUR BIGGEST REGRETS THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS THEY DO NOTHING TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKES OR MAYBE THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE TO TRY AND SCAM MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU

Normally I don't do reviews very often, and rarely will I put a one star for any business - these guys told us two different prices. The call center dispatch told us a total price of $35, but when the tech came out, he told us a price of $150. First the tech took an entire 1.5 hours to show up to the house, claiming that he ran into traffic on the way here from Reseda, CA - at 12:00am. Right before he commenced operation, we asked the tech what his cut/commission was with Fidelity Locksmith, and he said 20%. The entire operation took him less than 5 minutes - and this wasn't some commercial property, this was a residential lock on a bedroom door. I personally have worked in commercial real estate in property management, and I knew that $150 was complete bull. When I asked Fidelity for anything on paper for pricing, the dispatcher told me the price ultimately depended on the complexity of the lock the tech was working on. When I asked him for an invoice, the tech told us to pay in cash - anytime a worker demands to be paid in cash, chances are, their company pays their employees under the table and therefore avoiding tax obligations. Because we felt that the company was trying to scam us for more money than originally quoted, we decided that we didn't want to do business with the Fidelity, paid the tech his cut, and ended it. Funny thing is one of our roommates spotted him at a taco shop with some friends in East LA close to where we lived.

If I could give these thieves and liars (you've been warned!) a negative score, I would. I wish I read the reviews! The customer service was non-existent from the office clerk right down to the service tech. I called a little before noon to request for them to come create a key for my car. Told the woman on the phone I needed a key and a fob. She quoted me $190, this only after I insisted on knowing the cost/estimate. What they do right away is to proceed to make the appointment without telling you the cost or asking you if you want them to do the job. A red flag (#1) I ignored. My fault. Then the lady goes on to inform me that the tech will be at my place in 20-30 minutes. 55 minutes later, tech calls to ask if he could come between 2-3. I tell him that it's fine, but he needs to stick to that new time frame. He calls at 3:15 and says he's 40 minutes away. A red flag (#2) that I ignored, my fault. He shows up a few minutes to 4, does not apologize, and informs me the job is $279, cash only. A red flag (#3), that I ignored, my fault. I was desperate. He said after he makes me the new key, he'll get in his car and follow me to my bank to collect the money. Red flags numbers 4 through 11. I'm an idiot, I know. I ignored them all🤔. He spends the ENTIRE time swiping through his phone and texting while doing the job. Barely communicating with me. When I ask a question he either ignores me, or interrupts me mid-sentence by saying something to the guy he has on the phone. When I repeat my question again, he barks the answer. He hands me the new key, I ask for the fob. He tells me it's extra, it's not included and besides I didn't ask for one. At this point, I'm stuck. So I get in the car and go to the bank. On the way, I call the "company" and ask about the fob, and why they only take cash but don't inform the customer about that during the service call. The lady I was speaking with tells me to hang on a sec. 30 seconds later another woman asks how she can help me. I ask who she is and what happened to the other one that told me to hold on she'd be right back. This new one responds "I'm customer service." I tell her they have horrible customer service, then ask how I can get the fob. In the midst of her telling me that she'll need to send a tech out for that job, I hang up. #sorrynotsorry. At this point, I know that I'm totally screwed. But I certainly wasn't defeated, because I had an ace up my sleeve! When I got to the bank, I went inside to withdraw EXACTLY 279. The ATM would have given me 280. And I certainly wasn't going to risk Steve Jobphone not having the $1 to give me back.😋. So I get to the counter, and while there I vent to the teller. He laughs and calls me petty. Yes, I was. I went back to the parking lot, and found Sam Sungdroid scrolling, of course. He did pause though, long enough to count the money twice. As he was getting ready to pull out, I ask for my receipt. With his trusty phone in one hand, he drafts my receipt with the other. As he hands me the receipt with one hand, he's already back on the phone with the other. Kids, the moral of the story is, thieves, liars and cheats create businesses to profit from your most desperate situations. So you're going to be screwed. But why not use a reliable thieve instead? Call your local car delership and ask them for a reference to a legitimate locksmith. And when that service tech shows up, make sure that he's not in an unmarked car, wearing acid washed denim jeans, and spotting a curiously fresh, plastic covering and all, tattoo on the back of his left calf 😎. Most importantly though, do your best to avoid accidentally dropping your only car keys directly down the threshold opening between your apartment's elevator and the ground floor (contemplated playing the lottery when that happened but needed the $ to pay for my new key), because if you do, it's not your keys that spring back up from that crack. It's creepy, sketchy, slimey key monsters. I think I'm gonna drive my car to the Sprint store downtown and check out the latest new phones...😂

They came to my girlfriend's house on Saturday. Same story as everyone else. Quoted $29.99 and labor. Ended up charging $250 to bash in the lock, which will now also need to be repaired. Called to inquire and the woman (Armani) on the phone was incredibly rude. We've also been waiting to talk to the "customer service" rep for over 3 days and can't get a hold of them. Total scam. Check yelp, the Facebook and google reviews are stuffed with fake reviews paid for by the business.
