He was so nice and I appreciated his good customer service. He was honest and truthful about the orice and what he could do. I called other places and he by far was the best priced.

My daughter broke the key to her car inside the door. I called and the gentleman that answered was very polite and helpful. Inexpensive too, I was expecting to pay an outrageous amount of money. I would definitely use him again! He showed up right on time. Thank you

The morning before we were leaving for vacation, our front door lock completely snapped. Our front door! After reading reviews and doing some research, I called Global Lock & Key. Someone came out right away, was really professional, made me feel safe, and went right to work (in the pouring rain no less). We have a beautiful old-fashioned lock on our front door and I wanted to keep it, so he very carefully pulled it off, and replaced the interior mechanisms. He explained everything to me, and took his time making the repair and replacements so that we could keep our beautiful lock and door hardware. It now works much better than before, and is an even safer higher-quality lock. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and good value. I highly recommend them, and we will be using them for all our similar needs in the future.
