Frustrating experience. Because the process is automated, I assumed a lower cost. Actually the price for an inexpensive house key is higher at KeyMe than at OSH or even a locksmith. Tip: I cancelled my order when I saw the high price. The KeyMe kiosk then offered my 30% discount. I also noticed "Buy 2 get 1 free". The discount and the 3/2 made it worthwhile. Unfortunately, the kiosk dispensed only got 2 keys :( The store where the kiosk is located (Rite Aid) has no control over the kiosk and cannot help the kiosk customer. The only recourse is a phone number on the kiosk. If I wanted to complain, I would need a receipt. No printed receipt is available! I had to provide my email address, which will now be sold to KeyMe's advertising partners, I'm sure. I called the number on the kiosk, and several hours later am still waiting for a callback. The 2 keys work (one star).

Would have been 5 stars but I failed with the first machine. The first machine told me that my key is a special cut so they had to mail the key to me. Not acceptable. I went to another place to try another machine again and it worked.

The machine said it's included chip. However her key dosen't have a chip. I spent much money. I'll never use it again. Only good thing is the duplicated key is working well.

The keys work and it was fast.

Worked well! The keys were more expensive than Home Depot or OSH; however, they were made in minutes and I was surprised how well they worked.
