DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. We asked for a quote to open our front door . they said fifty dollars , which was a few dollars less than our other quotes so we went with them . the guy gets here and says it’s going to be a hundred twenty dollars for a house lock, it’s only 35 for mailbox keys. we called the main office number again , and they hung up on us once we said who we were. We called three more times, and they hung up or let it ring out every single time, obviously blocking our calls. We called from another number, they picked up, and when we said who we were they hung up on us again. I want to go in and demand my money back, but their address is a residential home, not a business space, which means this isn’t a real company. These guys are crooks, don’t use them.

They quoted me $15.00 to show up and $39.00 for the service which equals $54.00. Dan wanted to charge me $124.00 (I have the receipt with the figured crossed out). It got down to a negotiating match (are we in Tijuana?). I didn't need to use my car until the next morning and was ready to tell the guy to take a hike and I would call another company in the am. We settled for $60.00. It only took him 5 minutes to open my car.

Absolutely horrible. They quoted me $19.99 per lock to rekeying plus a$50 service call. They said they would be right there. I got a call 15 minutes later from a tech saying he'd be about an hour. 1 hour & 45minutes later he called and said he was 11 minutes away. 30 minutes later he arrived. He looked at the locks and said it cost $45 each lock. I said wait, let me call the office and he took off. The office said that it starts at $19.99 per lock. They even record the phone calls and play it back to you. This company is a scam and I would never recommend them to anyone. Also, I asked during the initial call that I needed 5 keys. She said no problem. The tech showed up and said he only had 2 keys he didn't have a key cutting machine. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. It would've Been a $275 bill. I got quotes from other locksmiths after this for $80 to$100. This company is scum.

THIS is *the* place to go for audiophile needs. After traveling with my beloved Bose headphones which were in bad need of warranty service for over 6 months, I finally returned to an official Bose store to see what I could get done. The staff was quite professional, helpful and even cheerful! I explained the situation with my IE2 headphones, and how they had been loyal companions for a bit over a year and quite loved. However, the cable had begun to fray at the earbud a few months ago. At first they were going to charge me a trade-in fee of $50 as the headphones were beyond their warranty to cover the wear-and-tear. After a bit more discussion, they agreed to simply honor the warranty anyway. I was so impressed by this (rare-nowadays...) show of service to the customer. I will gladly recommend them to my friends and will go to them for my next purchase (which will likely be a full home theater system.) Good job, you guys!
