Very courteous. I needed a key cut and they did a great job. It was a special key that goes inside a keyfob. it won't get a lot of use, but it is necessary for if you need to reprogram the carfob or get in if the battery every dies.

Great experience. Chris arrived on time and was friendly and professional. No need to look further for a locksmith. Will use again

I would have given zero stars but he got the lock open... for $150. Now I have no problem with a fee of $150 to drill out a lock. But as we walked up the stairs, he mumbled something. I turned around and said "It's one of those kwikset locks." He replies, "That's what I just said didn't I?" I was caught off guard by his rude response and said that I didn't hear him. Now, he got the job done with little issue. The problem is, I asked if he would accept card or check, he said CASH ONLY. I said well I don't have cash so I guess you'll have to meet me at the ATM (big mistake, according to responses to reviews from Rolling Hills Lock & Key, ACTUALLY "We have always accepted all forms of payment including personal/business checks and credit/debit cards. (2 weeks ago)" hmmmmm... On top of that, the locksmith left half the key he broke off inside the lock, metal shavings, and broken parts of my lock on the doorstep after he finished the job. Basically, "Ok, I'm done. See you at the ATM." Maybe a little sweep up after the job wouldn't hurt? After all, I am paying you $150. I don't have a problem cleaning up the mess, but I have had locksmiths who have provided a much more courteous and customer-friendly service. Lastly, at the bank I hand him $160. He sets it down and continues his paperwork, doesn't even offer to give the change. I almost asked for the change back, but I wouldn't have expected it, even though they demand CASH ONLY. I'll try another locksmith next time or drill it out myself. It seems the other negative reviews are true.

I had to replace my drivers door lock. The dealer sold me the lock but wouldn't rekey it to my old original key. I went to Rolling Hills lock and key and told them I needed it right away. They called in another locksmith to get it done earlier so I could get it installed in my car. I really appreciate their flexibility and finding me someone to make the lock right away. Excellent service, reasonable price, highly recommended.

Be aware. They will rip you off. I called for a service to fix my lock. The guy showed up, look at the lock and tells me the lock need to be replaced. He asked for more then $600. The scary thing is that he demand CASH only. I didn't feel comfortable and ask him to leave. He got upset. I called another locksmith who gave me a price over the phone. He arrive and fix my lock in 15 minute. The charge was $125. Stay away from rolling hills lock. They will rip you off !
