I've been using PCH lock and key for close to 30 years. Art has been helping our community with new keys, batteries, remotes, etc with the type of kind, local professionalism that lifelong residents like me enjoy and expect. Art's a great guy with affordable pricing and an easy to get to location. Definitely use him the next time you need locksmith services.

I have known about this place for decades but finally went yesterday for a basic key. Until he told me he has sports.themed keys ... HAD to make that key a UCLA BRUINS key ! REALLY LIKED the drive.up service ! No fuss !! BadaBing & done ! Thank you !

This place is good for basic key copying, but that's it. $2.25 per basic key. When I asked about BMW keys, he told me it couldn't be done. This was surprising information because I've had my key remade and reprogrammed three times over the past several years. You just plug the box into the OBD II port and make another key, and honestly takes less than 10 minutes to do. He then told me I was a liar and there's no physical possible way to do that, there must have been a spare key somewhere located around my vehicle and they somehow got in because of that. He then proceeded to not let me finish a single sentence and told me to name the people in the area that can do it and when I did, he called me a liar a second time. So again, go to this guy if you need something very, very basic. But please don't go to him if you need things like transponders, smart keys, or anything that requires an IQ above 40. But definitely go here if you like being called a liar, especially when you know your car and the programming of your car better than this person ever will.
