I have been a customer of Valley Lock & Safe "V.L&S" since 1998 when we purchased our first Condo down the street from them at Cathedral Springs HOA. I have used them extensively over the years for several other rental properties. I exclusively used them when I became the Association Manager at Cathedral Springs HOA for many years. My partner, a successful Realtor in the Valley, also will exclusively and confidentially direct all his locksmith needs plus his clients to V.L&S. I just experienced another exceptional customer service interaction with V.L&S and realized it was about time I wrote a review.

We have used this company for decades. It doesn't matter what your problem, they probably have the solution for you. I think their prices are more than fair, especially with the outstanding service and great staff.

Made an appointment then told us they didn’t service our area, which is in Palm Springs. The woman receptionist is rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic place for all your key needs. They are also experts when it comes to safe both ones that are already installed and if you need one installed. Also they have stand-alone safes that they can sell and deliver. These guys are fantastic and have great service.
