I had a wonderful experience getting a new key made for my Mazda3 which has a transponder coded to the car. Friday afternoon in and out in quickly. The driendly staff has earned my future key cutting needs.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude. I called and asked if they made copies of a specific type of key. I was very precise and thorough over the phone. The person on the phone said they could only tell if I brought it in. When I took it in the lady had a very bad attitude and pretty much treated me like an idiot. I'll never go back here again.

"rate your experience" Well, there really WASN'T an experience. CL&A closes for lunch from 12-1. If you want to swing by quickly on your lunch hour forget it. I went to Walmart instead and got my keys made quickly. $85 worth.

I had a personally-scheduled and personally-confirmed 1:00 p.m. appointment yesterday to have my office door lock re-keyed. I waited from 12:57 p.m. until 1:20 p.m. The locksmith was a no-show. I received no phone call. I received no voicemail message. Even today (one day later), I have received not so much as an acknowledgement let alone apology and explanation from Custom Locksmith. How disgraceful and disrespectful.
