Good service for your lock and key needs. However the keys sometimes have issues. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Great Christian run business. Very nice. Locksmith has over 30 years of experience. An excellent resource for all of your lock and safe needs.

Piss poor customer service to say the least! I went in to purchase a safe because Liberty Safe Company was having a company wide sale that couldn't be passed up. They had the safe I was looking for on their showroom floor, but when I brought up the sale, they claimed they had no idea what sale I was talking about and instead tried to up sell me to a much more expensive safe after I had already told them several times that there was only 1 safe that I was interested in. After 30 minutes of being there I was so annoyed with their customer service I walked out the door and went home to order the safe directly from Liberty. After purchasing the safe I chose the button for "free delivery to local Liberty Dealer". I Recieved a phone call from Locksmithing Ent. the following day telling me she will be charging me an additional $500 for shipping. I couldn't believe it! She said liberty charges them $500 to ship the safe to their store, so that charge would be passed on to me. How is that possible when I can have it delivered right to my front door for $200? Anyway, I cancelled my order and called the Sacramento Liberty dealer and told them what was going on. He told me he constantly has people coming down from Chico saying how terrible Locksmithing Ent. is. So I placed my order through the Sacramento dealer and received a phone call 4 days later saying my safe was in and is ready to be picked up at anytime. I will never shop at this store again, and I hope Liberty pulls Locksmithing Ent. from being a dealer because they are losing sales due to these people.
