Ordered to have house lock rekeyed or picked because didn't have key. I was told at about 9PM the evening I called that if I need to cancel, call the next morning to not get charged. I called as soon as they opened and was told I would be charged. When I explained I was told last night I would not be charged if I call early, she told me "I wasn't the one you spoke to". That's it. They are emailing me an invoice. Lady on phone so rude. Stay away from them, I feel scammed and this business lacks integrity. Anyone who asks you for a credit card upfront, be wary of. Other locksmiths did not, none of them.

Terrible- Stay away. Total shady technician. I was locked out of my condo on 4/21/18. I called and asked for price. I was told 150 plus 45 per lock if I need them to re-key it. Tech shows up- worst attitude, keeps demanding to know "where my keys are"... and then says "Its GOING TO BE BIG MONEY". I told him what operator told me. He keep having me repeat but then just named his own price which would have been almost 500.00 when I was quoted 150. He never called the "office" for a legitimate price. When I expressed my concerns he told me it was "Your own fault! You lost key... now big money!" I told him to leave immediately. I did not trust him. He high-tailed out. I then called the dispatcher back and t old them what happened and they did nothing but basically say the original quote was "just a quote and meant nothing". I asked how it can quadruple??? STAY AWAY-- GO WITH SOMEONE HONEST WHO WONT SCAM YOU. - MP.

These guys helped me by changing some locks in my house also rekey few. He had a variety of different locks in his van which I loved it. He gave me a price before starting to do the work. They also accept different types of payment which is very convenient.

I lost my car key at the park, I went for a jog and on my way back when I tried to get inside my car I noticed that there were no keys. So one of my friends told me to call this company. They sent a tech and he made my key onsite. I paid less than $200 for this service. I was so happy.

The price they quoted me on the phone was different. They are scam, terrible. I locked out my car and the window was open so you could open the car with simple tool, but I was alone in a different town. I called them and they told me it's gonna take 19$. I paid 77$ after long negotiation and fighting. It didn't take 10 seconds to open the car. Shot this company. Stay a way or stay without key way better than losing money for nothing. Regret regret regret. I just hate myself for calling them
