Efficient, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. You get what you pay for, and a cheaper locksmith can be much more of a hassle. With Mainline, all my projects with keys have been right the first time- no return trips. Thanks Mainline!

Very happy with our 2 cameras, i interviewed 2 other companies for the job and Oren's price was within my price range. He was professional and helpful on the best possible placement of the cameras. He explained all the fuctions and capabilities the cameras can do, plus, he didn't forget to leave us the manual with the C.D., because it's to much info to try to remember. Overall, i knew i wanted cameras at my home just wasn't sure what kind, he explained the differences, we figured it out. He walked me through the process of the best possible angles and heights and that was that. Nice to work with him and i'll definitely use him again in the future.

I went in to get a key copied and they didn't have anymore of that particular key so told me to come back later in the week, totally fine. This was the third locksmith I had been to that did not have that key type so I asked if this was a special type of key that not a lot of places had inventory of. While walking away from me, he begrudgingly moans, "We are just out of this key man." . OK, well, that is not at all what I asked you. So, I tried to phrase it differently but the guy just cut me off and said "Dude, we don't have that key type.". I GET THAT. I am asking you a completely separate question. Rudeness and stupidity is a brutal combination.

Quick, friendly, inexpensive service.

Just left Mainline where Ed refused to open a plastic bag in order to examine the part I needed. He even went so far as to mock me saying "why don't you go to mcdonalds and ask them to open the package before you buy it?" I suspect McDonalds would actually agree to this though. Sadly I have and would have continued to go to mainline for all my lock and key needs but not any more. Nice customer service there Ed.
