Fast and easy... Said nobody ever about this place.. Doesn't answer calls, doesn't return calls, doesn't keep his word about when he'll be at the office location. Doesn't want to stay in business.. Fair enough.. Moving on..

Contacted these folks and confirmed for 2pm. Locksmith arrived early and spoke to my mother. She suggested he give me a call, he did not. I work in SF, left work early by way of BART and bus, 6 mos pregnant to meet him at 2pm as discussed. Got home at 2pm exactly to learn he had come & gone. I called him approximately 5 times and he ignored the calls, I could tell he was on another call. Left 2 msgs asking why he came & went prior to 2pm and asked that he return to do the job. By then it was 2:05. Called a few more times, but he clearly hit the ignore button. No call back, now they are closed. Very unprofessional. Called Gabes local locksmith, superb service for about $35 less😀

Hours show that the store is open until 5pm. Showed up at 4pm, door was locked, lights were out. Called the number on the door and got endless ringing.
