Brought a ripped concert t shirt. The lady told me that she had never seen a shirt damaged the way it was but fixed it up perfectly.

This place is a little hidden jewel in the Brentwood neighborhood of South San Francisco. It is located right off the El Camino and is easy to get to from 280, 101 or 380, and there is plenty of free parking. Grigor and Aida are both amazing craftsmen skilled in shoe repair including heels and soles, belt and purse leather mending and replacement of hardware as well as custom sewing on all kinds of materials. They are dedicated to high quality work and excellent customer service that you rarely find today. I brought in a pair of dance shoes that needed the heels worked on. I had specific custom needs to raise the height of my dance shoes and Grigor did exactly what I asked for, and was very pleasant in the process. My shoes came out perfect and the cost was very reasonable. While I was there several customers came in and they treated each one with personal care. Aida patiently listened to what a customer asked and even gave her some options that would be lower in cost. Grigor and Aida are friendly and honest people. I will recommend their business to all of my friends and associates. Thank you for making my dance shoes perfect.

This small shop does a lot more than just shoe service -- including bag and other leather service. Grigor did a one day turnaround on a bag repair under warranty, and for a great price. It's quite close to the San Bruno BART, too -- so I think I'll bring in a leather jacket to be fixed up, too.

In addition to shoes, this little shop also repairs luggage and clothing. We brought in a wallet with a broken zipper, a windbreaker with a broken zipper, and a rolling suitcase with a broken wheel (manufacturer parts no longer available). They were not able to fix the wallet. They were able to find a reasonable replacement pieces for the windbreaker and suitcase and did a good job of repairing them. The cost for repairs is somewhat high, but understandable as this is skilled work and is different for every item. They could be better at notification when items are available; we had to call in and check after a few weeks had gone by. Overall we are happy with the results and would return if we wanted similar things repaired.
