The guy came at 1:30am and he was so helpful! Told us that my apartment complex gave us a commercial lock instead of residential one, so he switched it for us for a much lower cost than we would've paid buying the lock from the company. Very easy to talk to, calms you down at 2am when you're stressed and locked out. Would definitely suggest their services again at any time of day

I recieved excellent service from this technician. He suggested locks that fit my budget but did not skimp on quality. He came on time and completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend this tech

Simon was very helpful giving us several options for our lock which was broken. Also I had him change all handles in all doors and re key them. He gave us an estimate and made appointment to come back . I was surprised that he completed the job so quickly and professionally. I highly recommend HQ-Locksmith Services

Simon was very nice. I locked myself out of my apartment in the heat, with lots of work that I needed to get done. He was here in 10-15 minutes and picked my lock within 3 minutes. Very nice guy and got the job done :)

I purchased a condo and needed the lock replaced. HQ-Locksmith was very flexible to accommodate my schedule and called the day before to confirm the appointment. Simon was very friendly and explained the options for the lock. The work was done quickly and professionally and I could pay conveniently with my credit card.
