I was worried about getting my key fob programmed and hoping I wouldn't get hassled for having got one from Amazon, well, it was no problem here. Not only was Harold serviceable but you couldn't beat the price. I've called around and most locksmith were charging way to much just to program a fob or would not do it unless they sold you the key fob.

I called Plaza Lock & safe when one of my tenants reported a problem with the intercom system. Tenant stated that when she buzzed to open the front door for a visitor, the door would not open. When Adrian, technician showed to the job site, he proceeded to testing the system and believed that the Strike was not working. He replaced the strike, and after that, tenant buzzed and everything seem to be working. Before he put back panels and considered finished, he asked me to buzz again to make sure everything was in order, but this time, it appear not to work. We both got confused, he kept trying to fix the problem and after few phone calls to technical support, he said that it might be the relay. He said he had to order the part and was going to return the next day. I conveyed my confusion to him about the need for that part. I couldn't understand why a part from the main unit would only affect one of the apartments. If the part was bad, it would simply not work. Next day, I express my concerns again to Adrian, and he told me he was trying different ways to find out why it wasn't working. After he installed the new Relay, he ask me to press the button that open the door, again, it didn't seem to work. When the tenant came to assist, he pressed a different button, it worked. I realized that I had been pressing the wrong button, and that was why it was not opening the door. I am not the technician after all. That is when I told Adrian that I did not think there was anything wrong with the original relay, because it was working the day before just after he replace the Strike. It was just that when he sent me to buzz again, I did not press the correct button, but it was working when he first tested it. I asked him to put back the original one because I did not want to pay for a part which wasn't needed. He ignored me and proceeded to write the invoice charging me for two parts and labor. I told him I was not happy about it, but he just handed me the invoice and requested payment on the spot. He made me feel as if I could not be trusted even when I promised I was going to mail him the check that same day. I felt very uncomfortable and cheated by Adrian and his company. When I got home, I kept feeling very bad and decided to call the company. I spoke to the manager "Joel"and instead of feeling better, he made me feel horrible. He was very rude, did not want to hear what I had to say and accused me of playing games. At that point I realized I was not going to accomplish anything good and just ended the conversation promising him that I was putting the check in the mail, and was never going to do business with them again.
