Definite Scam. Dishonest. Price gouging. To change a cylinder he was not familiar with. He put it in backwards the first time. I did most of the work. For an hour an a half he charged $1250.00! Wouldn't give me the key until I paid. Total scumbags. I've been building and turning over stores for 25 years and never paid more than $300.00 for this service. I will be reporting this company to the Attorney Generals office as well as the BBB.

Dishonest. Price gouging. To change a cylinder he was not familiar with it. We figured it out ourselves. For an hour an a half he charged $1250.00! Wouldn't give me the key until I paid. Total scumbags. I've been building and turning over stores for 25 years and never paid more than $300.00 for this service. *You always say that you don't remember doing the job. Why don't you return our phone calls? We will send you a copy of the invoice. The blank invoice without a printed company name on it. We called your phone number. Stop hiding.

Be aware. Possible scam. I was helping a friend who was locked out of her home. It's my first time in this situation. So I called them and they said they are sending someone in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes another guy called me and said he just started and it's going to take 25 minutes. It took 35 minutes for him to come. However, I showed him the lock and asked for the price. He did not say anything at all. Gave me a paper and asked me to write name and address. While I was doing that, he started working on the lock. After I finished writing name and address, I found the paper was a invoice and the final charge was written as $250. I told him the price is too much. He asked me if I talked with the office or not. I said no. While I was figuring out what was going on, he kept working on the lock. The lock was a simple one and took 2-3 minutes to unlock. Within 5 minutes he was done. I kept telling him the price is too much and he kept telling it was the "company" price. Then he said he will give me some discount and I can pay him $220. I told him you did not mention the price before start working. Then he started shouting. My friend was getting nervous, so I gave him $200. He took that and left while shouting. TLDR: Don't call here. They will try to scam you without mentioning price. If you absolutely have to, first negotiate the price, before letting them touch anything. There is a reason they don't have any Yelp page.
