Excellent service. Cut and programmed my VW key in just a few minutes. Not many places can cut VW keys, and do it at such reasonable prices. Would highly recommend to anyone

Came here a few times to find them closed. This time, while coming out of the post office, I saw their door open and went in to finally get a spare key for my daughter. The guy was very friendly and explained that they are always on the road doing work for people. Seemed like a really hard worker. Anyway, as a pleasant surprise, he cut my key for free. What a nice man.

I think Etie (from south of the border) took over Frank's shop. I do not even know if he has a key to the shop. He works from his van parked outside. He is unreliable, double the price than others, and untrustworthy. I mean, do you really want to hand over the keys to your house to a guy that does not even have an address??

They wouldn't cut a copy of motorcycle keys. I even brought my own blanks and original. I don't see any value here over going to home depot to replace a standard size key.

My ignition cylinder went out on my car and Miguel from Frank's Lock & Key was able to come to my house and repair it the same day I called him. He did an excellent job at a great price. He gave me a twenty percent discount as a first time customer and even an additional key for free. I called another locksmith company who couldn't compare with Franks's Lock & Key prices or their customer service. Miguel even offered to pick up a new ignition cylidner from the dealer if it needed to be replaced. Luckily, Miguel was able to repair my cylinder which saved me almost a hundred dollars. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received from Frank's Lock & Key and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great locksmith who is very honest and dedicated to excellent customer service.
