It was fast and convenient, though $8 for a basic key seemed a bit much. Also the key came out a bit rough and sharp, whereas when I have gone and had it cut in person they've polished it. Overall would go again since the key works and it was convenient.

KeyMe was great! The machine scanned my key FOB with no problems and the 2 copies were delivered really fast in the format I chose.

$178 for a 5 minute job after waiting 1 hr+. Was not quoted full price over the phone. They told me there were 15 minutes away. I called back after 20, and they assured me they were actually 15 minutes away this time. They called a third time, again same story. Ended up waiting over an hour. The guy was nice and I understand things happen and you get delayed, but then he told me only after all of this the charge was going to be $178! On the phone they told me there was a $29 service call fee, I asked what the total would be and they said it would not be much more... pretty irked they charged so much without being upfront especially after waiting so long.

fast, convenient, right in the grocery store and it works well in the lock intended. Is a bit pricey but worth it
