Horrible service. I was locked out with my key in the ignition this morning. They quoted me starting at $19 to come out and “starting at $24” for the service. They arrive and ask me to sign something where it shows $135 extra fee.. already written without even seeing my car... I raise hell and tell them I won’t pay that, start calling other companies, and the next one I call tells me $80 no extra charges or fees. The serviceman listening quickly says “oh I’ll match that.” Cutting the service to half of the price. Sneaky and lying won’t get you anywhere. PS- the service was done in 10 seconds or less. NEVER USE THIS SHADY COMPANY.

It was effortless, quick, and reasonably-priced!

I needed some keys for my workplace, and while one was able to be duplicated right at the kiosk, the other had to be special made and ordered, but they assured me it'd be sent out with free shipping and by purchasing 2 of the same, I got one for free which is nice because I needed 3. Only thing I'm concerned about is after pressing the key into the slot and it confirmed the order, I removed the key, and later in the transaction, it said to remove key, so by removing it earlier in the process, I hope it still knows how to fashion the key and that I didn't interrupt it. It'd be nice if it said to keep key in the slot until you're prompted to remove it, but I think it'll be okay. Otherwise, the interface was very good, but a little pricey.

It is kinda expensive, but the key was made quickly and it worked perfect, so you are getting a quality made key. I also like the feature of saving the key in their database incase I need to make a copy in the future, I wouldn't need to have the key on me. I would recommend this to my friends.
