This was a terrible experience. We had purchased a vehicle from Copart (Denver) that did not have a key. I called Monday to make sure they could make a key. I gave them my VIN and they assured us they could get it done while the vehicle was there. The locksmith showed up and said they had to program at their office. After sitting in 100+ temperatures for over 2 hours they finally showed back up only to tell us that they would not have the code until tomorrow. I am in Gillette, WY, My boss is in Denver. I called from my office and asked if they could program the key and FedEx it as they have to get on the road with the vehicles. They said no, the car has got to be there to program. If they could not do this, they should have simply said they were unable.

They pay customers for 5 star Google reviews, rather than earn them! This company engages in many shady practices: lack of a complete estimates; utterly false arrival times; and offers to reduce the cost for services in exchange for an immediate 5 star Google review. I was told by dispatch that the service technician would call with a time and cost estimate, however, when he called, he failed to offer either. When I asked for answers, his time estimation was over an hour later than stated and informed me that he could not give me an estimate until he arrived to see the situation. The only reason this company did not receive a 1 star rating is because the technician did not cause any damage to my property.
