Great help. They get the job done fast. They are very polite and try to help any way they can. This is the second time I have had a key emergency. They had the solution that I needed. In will be back for any lock, key or door issue in the future.

Any time I need key assistance I will be sure to go to Master Security. I brought my 2011 Titan here to make a copy of the microchip key and remote. When making a copy wasn't as straight forward as it needed to be, they were willing to troubleshoot in order to figure out how to get the job done. Additionally, when the act of making a copy deprogrammed my original, they were efficient at getting the problem fixed for me.

I've been here twice both times on Fridays around 3PM. The first time, the business was completely closed up despite the hours being posted of Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. The second time I arrived, I was told that even though the locksmith is normally around only until 4PM (even though the business hours are for an hour longer) she skipped out early for the weekend. Going to get my work done elsewhere.

Do NOT use this company. Not sure what happened to this company over the past 3-4 years with good reviews, but my experience was a NIGHTMARE. I called the evening of the day I moved; the key we used to lock the condo would not work when we tried to get back in. I called Master Security Center about 10:00 on Sat. night. I looked at their website, and they seemed to be legit. While someone arrived within an hour, the rep barely said a word before he started drilling the lock out of the door. When I asked him to stop to find out how much it would cost, he said, "well, I got you in....now do also want a deadbolt installed? I asked again how much and he said "it's after hours, so $145 for the service call and $195 for the lock". I was appalled but decided since my daughter and grandson were with me not to make it a big deal. He then installed a deadbolt/new lock and told me it would be $520! I was beginning to get worried, as the tone of the rep was getting intimidating and I was worried particularly for my grandson. So, I took out my credit card and he stated they did not take credit cards. I said their website stated they took credit cards and he said, "since after hours, cannot take credit card". He then told me to get into his car and he would take me to an ATM. He became very insistent, but I refused and said I'd follow him in my car. He took me to a dark parking lot with an ATM; I got worried and told him I'd go to an ATM at 7-11. He stayed close on the tail of my car to 7-11. Since we had moved that day, my phone was dead. So I used his phone to call my daughter, as I could only withdraw $400. He insisted my daughter drive there to pay the balance. She did so reluctantly. So, this company got away with $520 by intimidating me, esp. seeing my grandson, I felt he knew I was afraid to confront him. I don't want to call the company, as I don't want them to have my phone number...I am worried about retribution. Don't use this company.

When I came in to the store, a man at the counter told me that they could provide the service I needed . I had to cut a key for the car and I brought it with me. He took it in to the machine and ruined it. Then he said that the quality of the key metal was not good enough. Right after I left Master Security Center, I stopped by another ''locksmith'' store and workers told me that the quality of the key is ok and the problem was with the machine at Master Security Center, which was not calibrated properly. I am feeling so sad that the Master Security Center worker was not brave enough to tell me that he screwed up or at least apologize.
