Update: We finally connected, and they agreed there had been an issue (new personnel) and offered to refund $80. I thought $40 was more equitable, which they did right away. Rare these days.... Original issue: I called and they immediately worked on dispatching someone to me. I asked about the price and was told $19.95 and if it took a lot of work maybe something for labor. Surprise! $100! The person that came is subcontracted to them, so wouldn't know what they quoted, but told me it was a standard charge of $70 (for the 60 seconds it took them to open my car). Not his fault. But if you have fairly standard rates your staff should be able to quote them. Very disappointed in that aspect of the service, and won't call again...

Yuval was very helpful, fast and reliable. He came out in a very timely manner and got my car opened in less than 5 minutes. Great service and would definitely use the service again!

Awful experience! Locked my keys in my car today, parked right in front of my house. Saw the great reviews and gave Red Rocks Locksmith a call. You can tell the people that answer the phone are tier 1 call-takers and don't know much about the actual company. First guy took all my info and then said someone will be out but gave no pricing. I asked for a price quote (even a range would help) but he said he didn't have that info. I know different cars have different mechanisms but I'm not going to commit to having someone come out if I don't even know if its $100 or $300. He said he would transfer me to someone who could help. He transferred me to someone who was not a locksmith and had NO IDEA who Red Rocks locksmith was. You could tell she'd received calls like that before and I felt bad for her. Decided to give them a second try. Called the main number on the website and different gal answered. She answered as Red Rocks Locksmith yet she could not help me schedule a locksmith and suggested I call the main number, WHICH WAS THE NUMBER I CALLED HER ON. Never trying these guys again.

Paid $179 for a simple unlock service in Boulder. These guys are not local. Do not call them as they charge over double what should be charged. I called a local company and they charge just $75. I’m from OK visiting and I had no idea. Wish I had known before I was out a lot of money.
