Awesome service and advice on getting my car key copied to a new blank. Stopped in to this local shop quickly on my lunch and was out with a new key with time to spare! Owners are outgoing and have a ton of knowledge. Will be going back for future key needs!

If there was a way to give 10 stars that is what I would go for! I know what I am about to say seems like I am someone from the company, but I really am just a customer. John was amazing, clear, timely, and I would recommend his services to anyone. It is hard to find really great people to work with anymore and at Keiser Lock and Key that is who you will work with. Thank you John!!!

The owner helped me. She was friendly and helpful. I only had a couple of keys copied, but they were obscure ones and they were able to order the blanks quickly and do it.

Small store (nothing really wrong with that) but the fact that I didn't get to pick the type or design of the key the copy was made into is kind of a downer. Quick and inexpensive though.

Kaiser took the time and skill to make a handetched key for a difficult lock. It was the original lock for an old ‘69 Airstream, and they kept me updated since the process took longer. Their customer service is great, and I would be more than happy to recommend Kaiser to anyone needing locksmithing done.
