Worst customer service! I purchased a used car that only came with one fob (it’s keyless). So I bought two more fobs and needed them programmed and cut. Called this place and scheduled appointment. At the said appointment date and time I arrived but the place was not open and didn’t open until 8:30, appointment was made for 8:00am (their choosing). When the employee finally arrived she told me she had no appointment on their schedule for me. I asked her if she was only female who works there she said yes, so I told her I scheduled the appointment with her directly. She explained all their techs were in Monument and could not help me that day. So I rescheduled appointment for 2 weeks later, again at 8am, she verified the owner Mario would be there at 8am that day. Later this day Mario calls and leaves a voicemail that he understood they messed up my appointment and he wanted to take care of me before my vacation the next week and wanted me to call him back to arrange it. I was impressed so I called him right back and left my own voicemail thanking him and wanting to see what we could arrange before my vacation as planned. He never called back. So I kept the new appointment two weeks later after my vacation. When I arrived the female employee asked why I was there and I explained my appointment. She looked confused, looked on the computer and asked what appointment was for. I explained it was with Mario to program and cut and program new fobs. She stated he wasn’t there but would call him to see where he was. She calls him and when he answers she asks him if he’s in his realtors meeting! She then walks to the back and I can’t hear the conversation but as she returned she tells him she’s sure she can do it. She tells me this when she hangs up and I ask her if Mario had forgotten about me again? She tells me he didn’t and she’d program my fobs. I asked her why Mario wasn’t there to do it as planned and she tells me he’s busy. I asked her why she didn’t just take care of me two weeks ago when they forgot about me the first time? She wouldn’t answer that question so I told her I was not going to give them my business because they had mistreated me twice and if they didn’t care that much for they had not earned my business. I wasn’t going to give them my money or business and not going to trust her with expensive fob to train on! I suggest looking for other locksmith. Now Mario makes up lies. I never told his employee to go to hell and now he’s making up doing work for free. I wouldn’t trust this guy to rekey anything of mine.

We used Acoma Lock & Security to upgrade our security features at both our front and back doors. They came out onsite and we're very friendly and professional.
