My girlfriend had some crazy bike racks on the top of her new car that she didn’t like but had no key for them. We took it to numerous different places and they could not get them off. She took it here and the guy spent at least 30+ minutes on it and figured out how to get it off. He had to make multiple keys for different locks that were on it too. Then he only charged $8 and wouldn’t accept a tip. Awesome customer service.

It turns out they are not able to provide the service I need which is perfectly fine. The woman I first spoke to on the phone was very professional and pleasant. I was then transferred to the rudest, most redneck sounding individual on the face of this earth. He cuts me off in the middle of a sentence "I don't know what you're asking!" After I slow my speaking way down and use much simpler words for the hick he barks back "we don't do that!"

The gentleman I spoke with was very polite, knowledgeable an explained what product would work best in my case. He was right. After all these years, still excellent service. Thank you.

They did get me into my vehicle after I locked my keys in my vehicle BUT they double charged me. They took my payment the first time than again 3 days later. Now I have to go to the bank to show them what their mistake was. How many professional companies make you go through this. I must say this is the first time for me.
