Sign says Business hours 11am, it's 11:11 on May 24, 2018. No one is here, I've waited for 30 minutes assuming they'd be on time. Apparently not... I called someone else. 11:15am They just showed up, asked them if their sign was wrong. A skinny red head with beard gives me a smartass comment that it's ONLY 15 minutes, get over it, it happens. I told him no it doesn't if you plan ahead. He made a comment but wouldn't repeat it so I could hear it. So you lost my business and hopefully others will consider another shop.

I don’t recommend this place any more cuz they charge too much for any easy things and regarding any new keyless entry remote they charge four times double than the real price for that Keychain on different places and online They want to sell me a new key chain for my Tribeca Subaru a $75 while i ordered the exact key chain from ebay in about $27 and thats why i see this place its worthless to visit cuz the take chances of our key issues.

Went here to get a replacement car key for an old Subaru. First off the guy that was there wasn't trained efficiently to even make the key so he called the guy that runs the kiosk. Not only did I have to end up calling their customer service line to get ahold of him, when he said he would be right there when customer service called him. About 45 minutes later he shows up and berates the guy working in there for not being able to do it, even though he wasn't trained. After all this the original price I was told was upped 40 dollars and I was told that it could take up to 24 hours to get the key code from the dealership. Never heard anything so I went to check before they closed and their was a sign in the window saying that he has been gone since 1pm. The next morning I go in to check the status and the angry man got an attitude with me saying that this could take over 24 hours. This was six days ago and still haven't heard anything from them. Called another locksmith 30 minutes ago and the key is ready to pick up and is 50 dollars cheaper than what I was quoted here. This business is lazy, incompetent, and has no care for their customers. Will never go here for anything, on the bright side hopefully they will disappear when Sears finally dies.

I've never had worse customer service in my life! I ordered and paid for a new key fob in early Sept for a car I purchased in August and to date (Nov. 28th) STILL do not have it. I have visited the store multiple times and called their 800 number and get different stories and excuses each and every time. I would NEVER do business with them again.
