Benny seemed to know what he was doing and my lock works so 5 stars for Benny! (WRONG!) ** So I had to come back and change my review because actually Benny DOESN'T know what he's doing. This guy really bamboozled me. Apparently he bought the wrong $250 lock, but instead of admitting he messed up and re-ordering it, he blamed it on the original lock being put upside down. He cut out a very good chunk of my doorway to get this lock to work. In order to engage the lock I have to turn the key the opposite way you normally would which, for a locksmith, should have been a huge red flag he was doing it incorrectly!! . All the while doing this he's telling me how smart he is and how all the other locksmiths like to talk bad about him behind his back. I would never call this guy again to help me out. No Thanks.

I locked myself out of my apartment while my infant was inside asleep. I was worried and scared because it was night and I had to sit outside. I spoke with Benny and he calmed my fears. Benny showed up very quickly, he was very pleasant and more importantly he was very fast. Benny is a good man and SkyHi is a great company. Thank you so very much!!! Your help tonight was a real Godsend. Thank you!

I will start by saying that I needed an extra key made for my Subaru & that when all was done, SkyHi Locksmith provided me a working key & for a reduced price from the original quote. However I will make you aware that you should be prepared that it may not be a smooth process. It took 4 visits to accomplish this task (2 that I went to his place & 2 that he agreed to come to mine due to the errors.) I am not saying that car security makes the job of making keys easy... I'm sure it's not. But that is why you go to a locksmith. It should not have taken as much effort to do this, but again... I now have a functional backup key.

Benny is awesome, came out twice to make sure everything was good with my car. He is extremely professional and I will definitely request him to anyone needing a locksmith in the future. Prices are a little steep but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT!!!! You are great and is was a pleasure meeting you and thank you again for everything, you went above and beyond to get my car fixed in a timely manner and I will always be appreciative of that!!!!!
