Jennifer was very nice and helpful. I work for a non-profit organization called Spring Back Colorado and she sent someone out the same day and donated their time to fix our business door. They were very professional and courteous. Mathias Lock and key definitely represents what a Company should be. Excellent work ethics. Thank you Mathias Lock and Key!

The best at service and quality workmanship.

Yesterday I bought a combination lockbox, the one you hold keys in. After slicing open the plastic packaging I realized it doesn't fit my car key, which was the main reason I bought it. I went back to try to exchange it today. I was a little concerned they wouldn't be able to take it back because there's no way for them to re-seal the package. They not only accepted it back with no fuss, they gave me a bigger lockbox that was $15 more expensive and didn't charge me anything for the difference. Needless to say whenever someone asks for anything pertaining to locks and keys, this is the first place that's going to spring to mind. Very happy with the service and the way they treat their customers :)
