Dean is very helpful and accommodating. In my opinion, he went above and beyond normal customer service. Prices were very reasonable. Thanks Dean

I came into the store on Thursday, Sept. 30 looking for a key for a miniature Lane cedar chest. There were two staff at the counter, one of whom was dealing with another customer. When I inquired about the possibility of getting a key, one fellow turned it over to the other man, who was also dealing with the other customer. He asked if I could leave it. I replied that I preferred not to (I needed to use the box that weekend for a living history event). He cut me off when I tried to continue to say that I could come back next week, he dismissed me with a curt, 'Have a good day'. His manner was rude and unprofessional in a couple ways. I was willing to wait then for him to finish with the other customer. He diverted his attention from the customer with whom he was working so that he could then rudely dismiss me as well. It turned out that I found what I needed on line and ordered it. So, Racine lost a sale that day to the Internet and cost my good will.

They are the BEST! The keys that they cut, even the programable ones ALWAYS work.

Wouldn't cut a genuine Honda motorcycle key for me. Instead tried to sell me a different key that they had (not a genuine Honda key) for $8.50 when I just paid $10 for the genuine key. Haha no thanks I'll take my money elsewhere. Recommend you do as well!
