RUDE RUDE RUDE! Tried setting up an appointment to get my stuff, unfortunately left my ID in my car that got towed and they needed proof i had no other proof perhaps maybe a bill mailed to my address with my name but they didnt even give me a chance to ask. Then they wouldn't give me a phone number or address to main office here in Denver said they were gonna call them and see if they even had my belongings. 2 days of this. It's annoying.

For 4 weeks now I have been calling everyday about our belongings. They said they couldn't find our belongings and the manager was working on how to resolve this. They answered about only once a week and they never respond to messages and ever call me back about what they're going to do about our belongings they lost. This is about the most messed up repo company.
