This company goes above and beyond every time I call them. I have been using them for over 7 years. I have managed and run multiple dealerships and work with many customers and they are always on call 365 days a year 24 hrs a day. They are professional, courteous and on time. They are also the best deal in town. Whether you lose a key, get locked out of your house car or boat, or just need a lock changed, they are always there. Kudos to you Mat and company........

I have had the experience of using Top Lock professionally and personally. I had many dealings with them working in an automotive industry where they helped to secure the trust and respect of my very large high volume client based companies with speed and professionalism over and over again, coming to my client's rescue for each individual call and for issues not limited to the scope of lockouts. I have also been saved personally from lock out issues myself with my own personal vehicle keys being taken and lost by my toddler - An incident occurred on a Monday at rush hour and was resolved in as little as an hour with their large team spread out through the Tri-State area and the second on a prime weekend afternoon. If you need assistance this courteous team will resolve your issue efficiently.

I needed to have a door buzzer system installed in my Staten Island and NYC medical offices. I found top lock and decided to call them because they had good reviews. Matthew came out to both locations in the same day and gave me quotes for each right on the spot. They were the 3rd company i called as I was still waiting for quotes to be sent to be by the other two companies. I agreed on the price and Matthew told me he could have both jobs done tomorrow. I was very impressed with the ability to be able to do two jobs at once in 2 different boroughs of NYC. I was at the NYC office and my wife was at the Staten Island office. The job was done to perfection. I cannot say enough positive things about Top Lock Locksmiths and Security. I highly recommend their services and will most definitely keep them in my phone for any future projects I may have. Thank you.

Excellent service - We needed locks installed our new location.. Top Lock arrived quickly. I highly recommend them. The technician was neat and professional. He made sure to clean up after having to drill through the door to install our new deadbolt. I greatly appreciate the service i've received from top lock! Thank you!

Locked my keys in my trunk after a late night work shift. I needed a 24 hour lock smith and called Top Lock. Matt answered and was able to get me new key made for cheaper than I expected. I would definitely use Top Lock again and recommend to them to anyone.
