Great Experience! Professional, Prompt and Inexpensive! From start to finish this company was a class act. I needed my house re-keyed quickly and the team stayed late to accommodate my request. Gil was fantastic. He made sure that everything was working, told us about the 60 day warranty and when I tried to tip him for a job well done - politely declined. He just smiled and said it was his pleasure. Thank you so much Unlockit! We'll certainly recommend you in the future!

I reached out to three other locksmiths for pricing and timing for reset of 6 all of our doors including deadbolts. I was disappointed with the first three companies located in Sandy Springs and Dunwoody but was fortunate to find Unlockit. From the first call to the actual service all was handled with professionalism. The work was excellent and the professional providing the work went over and above in his work. I received follow up calls to make sure I was satisfied. I found out from the professional on site that they also provide security floodlights and doorbells along with security for doors. Great company, great people providing great results at a more than fair price.

Unlockit is by far one of the best companies we have worked with! The office ladies are friendly, accommodating, and super responsive. Best of all they are knowledgeable about the products & services offered which truly helped make the process more efficient, rather than waiting for a technician to arrive to see what we needed. They ask all the right questions while scheduling to ensure the technician arrives prepared the first time. We've had them out to all 3 of our locations for various reasons and each locksmith that came was friendly, efficient, and thorough to make sure we knew how everything worked and were satisfied with the finished product. Oh, and you can guarantee they truly are a customer-service oriented company because they do a follow-up call after the service. That small gesture says a lot. Thanks Unlockit team for always being dependable and consistent in customer service & quality of work!

Went in with a broken key for an old (20+ years) wall wine cabinet with no real hopes of a solution after two other locksmiths told me there was no way to replicate the key. Not only could Un lock it make a new key that fit perfectly, they made me a second replacement just in case. Great customer service!

Unlockit did an AMAZING job for us replacing antique locks in our home. We had other companies come out and give us bids, but no one was willing to tackle the challenge of helping us find exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Because we were replacing original locks from the 1940s, finding the right fit was a huge challenge. The staff at Unlockit spent hours researching and tracking down locks that would be beautiful and would work - which was above and beyond what their job required and I know there is no one else out there that would have put in that kind of time for us! I would highly recommend this company for any lock replacement/re-keying needs in your home - they are responsive, thorough, and really care about the satisfaction of their customers.
