I found Locksmith285 via google search and I’m glad I did. Today, I contacted Eric late morning to have a patio door handle/latch replaced that was broken off at my rental property. I didn’t have to leave a message for someone to return my call. I dealt with him directly on my first call. He was able to accommodate me and make the necessary repairs within one hour of me contacting him on the same day. Now, that’s fast... His excellent reviews speak for themselves. He’s very prompt, professional, and ensures his customers are completely satisfied with his work before he leaves the job. If you ever have a need for a locksmith, give Eric a call. Like me, you’ll be glad you did. He will definitely be my go to for anything requiring a locksmith. Eric is locked in for future reference. And I definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Superb service and repair of ignition lock on 67 Corvette. The technician was on time, very personable, and his workmanship was very high quality. The cost was literally half what other locksmiths had quoted. I will definitely call 285 for any needed work in the future.

I called Eric yesterday with a slight emergency. I needed a key cut ASAP for a customer that was having a vehicle shipped overseas. The original company we called came out and FAILED us but thankfully, I got in touch with Eric and he SAVED THE DAY. Eric was an absolute pleasure to speak with over the phone. He handled my request with the urgency that I needed. He called me multiple times to keep me in the loop and said he tech Sam would be calling. Sam called and kept me informed of his progress. Sam showed up and he was SUCH a DELIGHT. Huge smile and very professional and friendly. Sam even traveled to Decatur to get the key he needed. He was here for a bit and found that he had the wrong key and we were on a time crunch. Sam ZOOMED out of here and fought Atlanta traffic to meet his colleague and returned and GOT THE JOB DONE. I can not stress enough how happy and pleased I am with the service I received from Eric and Sam. 285 Locksmith saved a sale for this car salesman. I will refer them to anyone that asks and we will be contacting Eric for all of our needs here at Import Auto Brokers. Please do NOT hesitate to contact 285. You will not be sorry!!!
