I was quoted $114 on the phone to get a key cut for my Ford Explorer. After the tech completed the work I was told the bill was $217. I understand quotes are not a science, but a $103 difference is ridiculous! I was not going to argue with the tech in my driveway so I paid the bill and called the company. I was told to call back the next morning to speak to the owner. When I called back the next day, I was told by an employee that is was not her fault that I didn't listen. Then she hung up on me twice. I would love to speak to the owner, but every time I call, I am told to call back later. That being said, the work was done well, in a timely manner, and the tech was very professional. I would be happy to change my rating if I could at least get in touch with the owner.

The guy who came out was great and fast! Plus they beat the price of another company by $60. Had 2 new keys in 12 minutes.

Called and got a quote for rekeying locks to a commercial business. Was told $29 service fee and the rekey started at $19 per lock. Called back to get the per key price and stated again we were commercial, was told $2-4 per key. So in my head I'm rough guessing $250. Tech shows up (very nice and professional) - performs all needed locks (3) - with 16 keys - the bill was $508!!!! never were we told of a possible labor charge, or that certain locks could go into hundreds of dollars. He then discounted the keys back to $4 and waived the $29 service fee - however the bill was still $457. I called to talk to the girl I spoke with and was told they read from a script and have no clue how much locks will be and the price I was told for per key was residential. (not my fault she didn't listen). I was told the manager will call me - we shall see. I do feel that I was mislead and not told everything I should have been. Even if they didn't know the exact prices they could've disclosed - "keep in mind there will be a labor fee, etc." I will never use them again and will not refer anyone to them. This is bad business!! and They need to rewrite their script for the phone girls!! Very angry customer!!!
