I had a wonderful first time experience with this company! I called to get a quote and the man was very pleasant, and he gave me an accurate quote. Blake came out to my house and was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above his duties to fix an issue with one of my door knobs. I loved how they texted me his name and picture so I knew who to expect, AND you had the option to track how far away he was. Also, having them be a 24hr service is very convenient. I will definitely be using this company in the future and will recommend them!

Edited 11/5/18 After speaking with Tim Bankston, he came out inspected the work that his employee should of been able to complete. Tim paid us the cost back of what we had to pay another company to fix. Thank you for taking care of the issue. We greatly appreciate it. Recently we had Rick's Lock and Key come out to our business to update a lock on our file room door. First they did not arrive as promised when the appointment was made. The came the next day, but did not give a courtesy call to let us know. Once the technician arrived he was here for awhile installing the new lock. Which would not of been an issue if the lock would have worked properly. The following day we noticed that the lock would not catch the latch. Called Ricks lock and key, said the technician would come back out and look. During this time, our file room was unsecured. A few days later the technician came back out, played around with the lock. Said that the door was warped and we needed a new door. Contacted another company, they came out and looked at the plate. Took 5 minutes to grind it, saved me $3000 (the cost of new glass/wood door), now works perfectly.

The lady I was talking to on the phone was really rude.. I have been waiting for about an hour, so I called back and asked how much longer and she said that she can’t stop anyone to just give them to me, which I understand but she didn’t have to be rude. Will never be using them again.
