I’ve been in three times now, asking if they can make a key for my motorcycle. Each time they say they will order the correct blank and call me when it comes in. They’ve never called and never even ordered the blank, and in part I’m not surprised because of how disorderly the office is. I think the notes they write to themselves get lost in the mess.

Locked my keys in my pickup and requested for them to come and help me out. Was told someone would be there in 30 minutes to help me out, after an hour I had to call someone else to help me. Terrible experience wouldn't recommend anyone in the area using these guys unless you want to wait around for who knows how long.

Drew was polite and patient with me. He replaced my electronic car key as quickly as possible during one of the busiest weeks of the year! I truly appreciated his service, quality, speed, and professionalism.

I had a 1:00 pm appointment with this guy and had to drive from my office in Pullnan back to my house in Moscow and he never showed up. Wasted a full hour of my time. When I called him to ask about our appointment, he had forgot. Very unprofessional, has terrible communication skills. I would never use this locksmith.
