Larry and his employees (Tom D) are truly amazing! I called for service in the morning and less than a half hour Tom was out and opened the door on my garage within 5 minutes. Not only was Tom helpful but he was so sweet and happy. I will only use Suburban in the future (well hopefully not - no offense) but if I need a locksmith this is the only company I will ever use. I typically do not leave reviews however Larry, Tom and Suburban deserve the most amazing review! Please do not be fooled by other companies. I called so many people today who could not give me an amount over the phone. If a company knows what they’re doing they can. Larry knew exactly what I needed and gave me a price. Suburban is the most amazing locksmith company as well as honest and EXTREMELY reasonable! When Tom was leaving I commented because he seemed so happy and I said Larry must be a good to him that he’s so happy. Tom said that he’s very happy with his job and his boss and is treated very well. Thank you all for a job well done! I pray many blessings to you all!

We have come here for years and keep coming back. Good and trustworthy service. I was glad to read the bad review and discover that it was based on a suspicious request. I have gotten locksets, keys and service to my solenoid doorlock for my commercial building

I went there because were recommended to me. I needed to have two keys cut( I had the 2 blanks). The key fits in my remote as an emergency door key. They told me that they would not cut them because I didn’t get them there. I told him that I would use their blanks then. He went for the blanks to cut the keys and they were regular keys that do not fit the remote. He proceeds to tell be oh well go to the dealer. I have herd from other that they have had the same problem. It’s not like we weren’t going to pay them for cutting the keys.

Knowledgeable staff, they really know what they are talking about! Very helpful. I would not ever have anyone else do my locks or make my keys but these guys. Great prices and and the best service. Keep up the good work!
