Have used these guys to fill our propane tanks for 10 years without incident. Can't comment on their other services but never had anything but a good experience in probably 100 visits.

I'LL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!! I used to rent a LOT from these guys, especially chain saws, lifting equipment, sanders, powerwashers, trailers, etc, etc, etc. Went in on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 to rent a chainsaw from the Bensenville location. Mind you, it gets dark around 6:00, so by the time I'd gotten home and started it would already have been twilight... so... I knew (and they did too) I would only be working on Sunday. I told 'em I'd bring it back around noon on Monday. They said, "NO PROBLEM" and that I could bring it back then as they are closed on Sunday. I've always done it this way and there was never any upcharge or any issue. THey said they would only charge me for one day rental. All the sudden, I come back on Monday at exactly 1:07 PM and promptly got charged another $71.04 - A FULL NEXT DAY!!! They also charged me for a "fuel charge" and the rental of the gas can. an extra $6.00 in all. They never said anything about this on rental and they NEVER had this kind of nickel-and-diming before. Not to mention, the chain on the saw was very, very dull and the saw kept cutting out all the time. I had to keep stopping work to restart the saw all the time. Anyway, I am NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!! BEWARE!!!!
