I've used Nonstop for many years for both of my apartment buildings and they are a good company. The locksmiths are knowledgeable and they stand behind their work. They just put in a new lock along with a new bracket (the part that engages with the lock). The space where the bracket went was too deep. The locksmith (Bill) spent a great deal of time installing a new bracket using a shim and extra long screws to be sure it would hold in place. I was very impressed with how conscientious he was.

The process was simple and straightforward. I had a lock that wasn’t working properly. I called. They told me the pricing and I made the appointment. I was given a 2 hour window and he showed up toward the beginning of that window. The technician even called me before he was on his way which was nice. Again, he showed up on time. He took one look at the lock and was able to diagnose it and offer a solution in seconds. With that, he went to work and in no time, the lock was working like new again. The technician was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and took pride in his work. When I find a good company, I like to stick with them. In this case, Nonstop Locksmith is my go-to Locksmith. Trustworthy and reliable. Thank you for helping me out in a pinch.

Nonstop Locksmith was quick, professional, and courteous. They had great availability and everyone I spoke to on the phone were helpful and straightforward. Ian was our locksmith and hehe ca to replace the lock on our mailbox (when we moved in we weren't given a key). He was incredibly friendly, and he even noticed an issue with the building's main door. The job only took about 15 minutes, which was awesome! Glad we called and got this fixed, thanks!

Zach serviced my store and did a great job. He was able to get the door fixed so that it was able to be locked and unlocked from the inside. Also there was an issue with the handle and instead of just putting a new one on and charging me he was able to adjust the existing one and get everything working again. Much appreciated.

Very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating service technician. Liked the fact the technician wore a shirt and drove a van identifying the company especially since this was an emergency call at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night. My lock was fixed promptly and properly. This was the first time I needed a locksmith. and since this was an emergency, I had called the police dept. for a referral for a reputable locksmith.. Couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you.
