So easy, friendly and convenient !

Very slow to make a key that did not work. This is an automated machine in a 7-11. I made two keys: one for an exterior entry and one for my apartment. I noticed that the price -- about $6 to $8 per key -- was high compared to Home Depot. One key does not work. The process was frustratingly slow, as the machine repeated its whole process with each of the 3 copies I made instead of scanning the original once and then grinding the copies quickly one after the other. More serious, one of the two keys I copied simply does not work. It turns part way, then jams solid and will not move. A close examination shows that the copy did not follow the profile of the original accurately. Next time, I think I'll travel a little farther and deal with a human.

I used this machine before and the keys did not work. However, I tried it again and it works great! Thank you!

cheap and it worked fast on a key that a key shop couldn't do.

I made two keys at the kiosk. Neither were security keys—both were normal, but neither works. Also, the cost was high compared to other services done by humans. UPDATE: their customer service is prompt and helpful, and they were eager for feedback. I may try this service again, after time has passed.
