Dealer wanted $220 for a new smart key. Express quoted $160. When I arrived, they suggested reprogramming first, which would cost $50 if it worked. But first they checked and adjusted the battery. Everything worked - no charge. Can't beat that.

Horible company to deal with. Stay away. They booked me with one of their key cutter, he gives me a time frame 8-10 am to meet me 30 miles away where I live. His name is Todd dispatch #36051. About 9 am Todd calls me that he's pretty much done for today, I asked him please wait I'll be there in 10 minutes. As if he's doing a favor to me. After I arrive he tells me that he doesn't have a key for my car in his inventory. I had to take a day off for this. They don't give damn about you, not even phone call or email from the company. Stay away.

Sorry for being human and forgetting to call you, but you're surely welcome for nothing... this is the response you get when you complain when your sales manager doesn't return your text and calls over 3 weeks waiting for a remote. Terrible service from Hugo who works on long Island ...would not recommend

My wife and I needed a key for her truck. Just our luck, Billy Grimes was in Tallahassee, FL. He was very helpful and had us on our way in no time at all.

I am reviewing on behalf of an interaction with an employee of this company. A company vehicle was parked right in front of the main entrance of a busy gas station around lunch time and was standing in front of the truck speaking with another man. The issue is that he was playing music from his truck very loudly and had left the door open so he and everybody else could hear it. Just about every phrase of whatever song he was playing was "mother Tucker" (you get my drift....) Customers could not enter or exit without hearing it because of the volume and his being right at the front door, including children. Listen to whatever music you want to on your own time, but especially in public and in a company vehicle they need to provide better training and make a code of conduct while in possession of company vehicle and in uniform. I would certainly not want the guy I spoke with to be sent out to me and I will certainly never be using them. I politely asked him to turn off his music considering the content and that there were children around that could hear it and his response was I needed to mind my own business and go to church more. I hope that's not the music they play at church where he goes.
