They were courteous fast and very reasonable on their prices. If I ever need another key made you bet they will be where I go. They cut and programmed my truck key with no wait time and much better price than the dealership. Great people!!

I was referred to Cook's Locksmith through AAA. I am very pleased with the service that received. The staff was courteous and professional. The final price was LOWER than what was quoted on the phone - the staff went out of their way to find a better price. Staff went way above what was expected in regards to customer service - when I said "Thank You!", their reply was that they appreciated having me as a customer. Well, they certainly know how to get repeat business. Whenever I have need of a locksmith I will call Cook's Locksmith and I will highly recommend their services to anyone else!!!! Best part... When I put my new key in my repaired ignition... It actually turned and my vehicle started!

Cook's is hands-down the best locksmith in the Louisville area if not in Kentucky. Came in to get a duplicate key cut, the staff was very friendly, answered all of my questions, and was very upfront with pricing which was very fair and the best pricing in town. They can pretty much do anything you need. Highly recommend. I wish I could add a 6th star because they are a business that supports our military veterans. I couldn't be more satisfied with my visit

Fast and affordable!!! I was worried that the price to key my new fob would be expensive. I bought a 2013 Malibu LTZ key fob from amazon for $15 and paid $21 at cooks to get it keyed. Winning!!! The dealership wanted $80 for the fob and keying process.

Cooks is the best locksmith in town. I needed a new electronic fob for my car. It is only $60.00. The dealers want $200.00. It only took 10 minutes . I have used them at my home also.
