Rented budget truck from them. Easy to book it on the website. Better price than Ryder. Saved 300 dollars.

Spent two hours dealing with workers here trying to get my keys out of a vehicle that was towed to their location. Took them that long to try to confirm the license plate number with me only for them to finally figure out it wasn't even my vehicle. Rude and would not recommend dealing with them in office. Tow truck operators at Durr's have always been good to work with in my experience however.

Very Professional. My daughter is a student at the college in Terre Haute and got a flat tire. Our road side assistance called Durr's towing. We were told it would be a 30-40min wait. In 30 minutes he arrived, changed the tire and she was in great shape. After getting out the spare tire the air pressure was checked, it was low so air was put in the tire. It just happened that we got to watch the same tow drive work a wreck downtown Terre Haute about 9 hours later. He helped the other two drive load one of the vehicles and cleaned up the scene. I would call Durr's Towing anytime I needed road side assistance.

Was told they would be here in 45 min. After an hour of sitting in the heat we called to check on the tow. They sent them out on a second "quick police call" and it would be another 30-45 minutes. Called another tow company and they will be here in 30. The tow truck driver called while I was making this post. He just received the dispatch call 5 minutes after we called another company. BTW if you call AAA1 towing you get the same dispatch.
