GREAT service!!! Prompt and friendly over the phone. Mark was excellent! Very kind and helpful. He was able to find some info on his end and was able to help me over the phone and save me a service call fee. Also very upfront about rates / fee's & very reasonable pricing too. HIGHLY recommend

Jim’s Lock did a great job getting me back into my house! They sent someone out right away, did the job quickly, made spare keys onsite, and were reasonably priced. Jason from Jim’s was awesome! Great customer service!

I had a car stolen and recovered. The ignition and steering column had been damaged. I had my car towed to Jim's Lock and Safe Services to get the ignition repaired. There was heavy damage and some strange aftermarket installs on my car - the technician at Jim's spent a considerable amount of time trying to get my car fixed. He was not able to do so but recommended a place to me that was able to help me out. Jim's did not charge me for their time spent on trying to get my stuff fixed! That's awesome service and very respectable. Jim's was highly recommended to me and I see why. I trust this business and will use them for any lock and key service I need in the future.
