Kevin was very helpful and considerate, even took a longer route so I could grab my stuff from my hotel room so as to save me an extra trip from my towing destination. Polite and curtious service, highly recommend.

Traveling across Kansas our van started making a terrible front end noise. They got me right in, took care of the problem, and the cost was very low. We were back on the road quickly thanks to them. The customer service was excellent. I am so grateful we went to Davis Automotive. They saved our trip.

I own a Auto Repair Shop and had a customer of Davis Automotive break down after they just fixed the alternator the same day. I had them towed into my shop and called Davis Automotive and got a call center twice. They promised to return my calls to find out where the parts came from so I could warranty them out, that never happened. Fineally after many attempts of calling got the mechanic and he advised me where they buy there remanufactured parts that the is no store close to my shop, so I asked if I could give them the old alternator back and put a new quality part on and they said they wouldn't cover ticket to do this. I asked for owners number and they wouldn't provide it. Now the customer is not only out the 611.12 but also a tow bill 300 and another 600 for fixing it right, not to mention thanks for the Mac Tools your guys left behind and not to mention he didn't tighten the bolts, was not impressed with your work or ability to help customer out. I would have towed them back and fixed it right but that wasn't the case. I am sure u will just post a reply that's on all the other reviews that they don't show up in your system. FYI it's a Ford escape and anyone can reply to me with copy of their ticket from Davis and pictures.

I called at 4:30 pm on a Friday and Justin, the young man I spoke with said he would stay open so the tow truck could drop my vehicle off. He called my husband the next day with what he found and he corrected the issue. Davis Automotive was quick and very fair with pricing. If I ever find myself with vehicle trouble in Hays I will be going to Davis Automotive again.

Don't stand behind his work, fixed my vehicle and broke down same day and was told they couldn't warrenty part or give me a refund, spent 1000 bucks to fix their crappy parts and to be told they left bolts loose and what they fixed wasn't even my issue, they are a scam avoid at all cost. Didn't even offer to tow me in and they own a towing company.
