I have used these guys twice. The first time they made a copy of a key for me, which was quick and worked well, but they made a smart-alec comment about the amount of keys on my ring. They didn't politely suggest I change the number of keys on my ring, they just made a condescending comment. I went back just last week to get some keys copied for work. The guy just looked at them and said 'nope. and nope.'. He explained why he couldn't make the copies, but was not professional at all. If you don't mind people being rude, then this is the place for you.

They were freaking awesome. I recently had the keys to my honda cbr 250 stolen and they were able to pick the lock and make me a key for a great price. They wouldn't let me tip them, but with all the effort they put in to help me, I would've happily tipped. I'm grateful guys. Great job.

Always friendly and helpful, I've never had to return a key to be sanded down when I go here.

Was literally in and out with my new key I’m 60 seconds. Maybe less. Highly recommend.

Said he'd be 15-20 minutes over the phone, then took 30 minutes to show up. Very impersonal on the phone and in person. When he showed up, he glanced in my car and said "there's your keys" and then laughed. Proceeded to unlock my car then asked for payment. As he was running my card, I noticed that his equipment had scratched my car in multiple places. I drew his attention to it. He licked his finger, rubbed it on the scratches and said "I guess it did. Sorry." He then charged me $81.04 and left. Would not recommend to anyone.
