Great customer service, phenomenal prices, quick and easy and has more selections than places I’ve tried.

I always come here to get new keys cut. They guarantee their work and are very knowledgeable about keys and locks. The staff have always been friendly. I'm not sure they can manage the advanced car keys with the chip inside them (you usually have to go to the dealership for that anyways).

This store refused to cut a factory OEM automotive key. They aren't really locksmiths. They just want to sell other stuff.

They rekeyed a lock for me.

Great place. I called found Chet's Lock Shop with Google, saw they had a BBB accreditation and decided to use them. I needed locks changed somewhat quickly. Chet was honest and said he couldn't do it w/in my time frame Thursday/Friday (48 hours), but he could do it by Monday. That was good for me, so I scheduled Monday. Friday morning, Chet called and said he could squeeze me in because he knew how important it was for me to have the locks changed before the weekend. He came in and changed the locks in a timely fashion. He was kind, professional, helpful and fast. Best of all, he was local and he knows the art of lock & key. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any type of lock/key service.
