Very helpful staff. Family owned and operated. If you need it they have it. A great store.

I needed help with a tie down that had come off the riding mower that I was towing. I stopped here, Todd made sure I had the right tie down, then helped me move the mower to the correct place on the trailer, then tied it down. I can't say enough how very helpful this was to me. I was very stressed and had a long way to get that mower home. Thank you so much, the world needs more people like you guys!

A little more expensive than the big box stores, but well worth it if you value your time (the staff knows where every item in the store is located, and it's purpose, and maybe an alternative item) You can be out the door 5 minutes after you arrive with what you need. Or maybe you need something that someone that lives in Florence center would need, like parts and tools for 100 year old radiators - they've got them.

Old fashioned service from a family owned business. Totally blows away the big box stores. Pricing same OR better than them as well. Check them out.
